These are the key terms and conditions related to attending the D-N-D Sports Performance, Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention Conference presented by Lehigh Valley Orthopedic Institute. By registering for D-N-D Sports Performance, Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention Conference 2023, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you are completing this registration on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have made the attendee or participant aware of these terms and they acknowledge that you are accepting these terms and conditions on their behalf.
NATA & NSCA CONDUCT AND NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICIES
All cancellations received prior to May 1st will be fully refunded less the $50 fee for processing and accounting procedures. All cancellations received from May 1st until June 1st will be 50% refund Any cancellations made after June 1st, WILL NOT be refunded. All refund/cancellation requests must be made through email. Voicemail messages will not be honored. Refunds are credited back to the original payer via the method they were received. *Illness or death in the immediate family are mitigating circumstances considered for refunds, if a written request is received no later than 5 days after the last day of conference.
Although there is no charge for guests and children, (excluding meals) they must be registered to attend.
Other Age Restrictions for liability and insurance reasons
● No one under the age of 18 can spend the night on campus
● Alcoholic beverages will be served at the conference (happy hour). No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to consume alcohol in accordance with the law.
